Firstly, we would like to inform you that we are deprecating our current reseller packages. What it means is that they would be discontinued somewhere in the not too distant future. In the meantime, we have published the new prices that are being applied to the existing packages on the pages linked below.

If you wish to maintain your existing package, then the prices published on the now legacy reseller packages page would be applied to your package.

We would like to kindly ask you to visit our reseller page and select a new package that you would like to be moved to until 20-12-2022.

Once you decide which package you wish to use, kindly open a support ticket from your dashboard and specify the package. We will update your billing to reflect the select package.

This also applies to accounts that still have multiple months going into next year. If you do not select a new package by 20-12-2022, we will assume that you wish to remain on the old package and we would go ahead and issue an invoice for adjustments for the remaining months on your subscription.

cPanel has announced another price increase taking effect on January 1st, 2022.
In the latter part of 2019, cPanel introduced a new pricing model where they charged based on the number of accounts on a server. Since then, cPanel also increased their license costs again in January, 2021.
The new announcement means that cPanel is increasing the license cost again for 2022, and will likely be a yearly thing.
In view of this, customer accounts will have their cPanel license pricing updated accordingly starting from January 2022.
The cPanel License prices will be changing as follows:
cPanel Admin Cloud - Increasing from $18/month USD to $20.00/month USD - Up to 5 Accounts cPanel Pro Cloud - Increasing from $21.00/month USD to $25.00/month USD - Up to 30 Accounts cPanel Plus Cloud - Increasing from $35.00/month USD to $35.00/month USD - Up to 50 Accounts

As you may have heard, cPanel recently announced a new pricing increase. Starting January 1st, 2021, they will be increasing the price of cPanel licenses. These upcoming changes also have a direct impact on all hosting providers, and all cPanel licenses.
Since cPanel now charges separately for cPanel accounts, customers get billed on a monthly basis under a tiered-pricing structure based on the number of cPanel accounts on a server.
As a result, the new price will go into effect from 1st January, 2021 and all cPanel licenses will be updated to reflect the new price. if you have paid for multiple months for cPanel license, A top-up invoice for the difference in the new price will be generated where applicable.
Below is an overview of the new prices for cPanel license types:

Paying with Slydepay New Orders When placing an order, you can select Slydepay at checkout. You will be taken to the Slydepay website to make payment for the invoice. After making payment, we will be notified and your order will be processed.
Existing Orders To pay for an existing invoice, you can follow the steps below. (The steps are also provided in the invoice email).

<p>On 27th June, 2019 <a title="Cpanel announcement" href="https://blog.cpanel.com/announcing-account-based-pricing/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">cPanel announced</a> a massive price increase in the cost of cPanel license starting 1st September, 2019 that took the web hosting industry by surprise. In addition to the price increase, they have also changed their pricing model.</p> <p>Previously, it was possible to purchase a single license and assign it to a server but they will be changing to a new license pricing which is based on the number of cpanel accounts hosted on a server.</p> <p><strong>What are the implications?</strong></p> <p>With the previous licensing model, we were paying for a single license which enabled us to invest in additional hardware and other productivity and security tools that makes a comfortable and sound hosting experience. This way, we were able to reduce our operation costs and extend this to offering low cost prices in our product offerings.</p> <p>However, with the new Account based cpanel licensing, our cost of operations will be increasing by more that 100%, with the cost of cPanel licenses contributing the major part of our operation costs.</p> <p>If we continue with our current prices and offerrings, coupled with the current state of the dollar-cedis exchange rate, it will not be sustainable for us to continue and remain in operation.</p> <p>As a result, we are informing you that we will be making changes and restructuring our packages.
